I whipped it out and it just fell off. Help?
I, too, bought that knob online someone here posted a few weeks ago. Surprisingly it came pretty early. It didn’t last long at all. My first time with a knob like this and it is already going wrong.
I’m gonna have to put super glue inside my knob or something.

You played with your knob too much and this is what happens.

Mine showed up needing repairs, too. The whole shift lever was cockeyed because the bottom had popped out of its pivot-point. Easy fix, though.

Don't. Failing to recognize the most famous penile trauma of all time is on him, not on you.

See, this is why I drive auto now. Just give it the D and it does whatever you want.

Lasted longer than mine! Mine appeared to just be in there with a dab of super glue. I'm going to attempt to stick a dap of JB Weld in there but I haven't gotten to it yet.

If you do that too often, you’ll go blind.

And it came off, right? In your hand, right?
Sounds as though you have matters in hand.
Carry on. . .
